Job Description:

Regional Sales Manager for FT System North America 

Primary Responsibilities:


Ensure territory sales meet or exceed annual budget
Develop new customer accounts
Service the needs of existing customers 
Increasing business opportunities through various sales channels 
Set sales targets for individual sales rep organizations 
Develop sales strategies for specific target accounts and markets
Key Account management 
Collect customer feedback 
Keep up to date with products and competitors 
Prepare and submit required sales and administrative reports on a timely basis
Work effectively with Technical Service team to deliver maximum customer satisfaction and repeat sales opportunities
 
Location: 

Pembroke MA office preferred Remote Home Office.  (East coast ) acceptable.
Located in a metropolitan area close to a major airport within the territory.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and problem solving skills
Creativity and the ability to manage multiple tasks as required.
Ability to present technical solutions to a diverse audience 
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Willingness to travel up to 60%.  

Required Experience:


Minimum 5 years previous packaging inspection sales experience a plus but will           consider other experience in related areas.
Knowledge of food & beverage manufacturing and production
BS or equivalent industry experience
